Terms of Service

Effective date: June 8, 2026

⚠️ Draft — to be reviewed and finalized by legal counsel before launch.

By using BeyondMyBenefits (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

What the Service is — and isn’t

  • The Service is a free tool that helps you see whether you may meet the general guidelines for a free case review and, if you choose, connects you with a participating disability law firm.
  • We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and using the Service does not create an attorney–client relationship with us.
  • We are not affiliated with the Social Security Administration or any government agency.
  • We do not guarantee eligibility, approval, benefits, back pay, any amount, or any outcome.

Eligibility

You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. If you act on behalf of someone else, you confirm you’re authorized to share their information.

Consent to contact

If you provide a phone number and agree, you consent to be contacted as described in our Privacy Policy (including calls/texts and automated/AI-generated voice). This consent is not required to use the Service; you may opt out anytime by replying STOP.

Participating law firms

If you choose to connect, an independent law firm — not BeyondMyBenefits — will handle your potential claim and any retainer, fees, and legal advice. Their terms and any fee agreement are between you and that firm.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeyondMyBenefits is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms (we’ll revise the date above). These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable U.S. state, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
